We do not accept Personal checks. Please do not ask. Payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover welcomed.
To schedule an appointment, please call us directly at 717-757-5668. Scheduling is done by phone only. Because of lag time, we are not able to schedule via email or through the website.
48 hour notice by phone of cancellations, please. Billing may result for missed appointments. Clients who miss appointments or who cancel with less than our 48 hour requirements must secure future appointments with a credit card reservation. Exceptions may be made for cancellations due to weather and illness.
Salon policy requires all men receiving spa services to wear underwear and athletic shorts during all massage, body treatment and facial services.
Because we are a busy salon, booking for parties of three or more and for spa packages will require a 50% nonrefundable credit card deposit to reserve the appointments. Cancellations made less than 8 calendar days before the appointments will result in full price billing for all services scheduled. Your courtesy when scheduling is appreciated.
Your promptness is appreciated. In order to serve you in a timely manner, please arrive to appointments five minutes early. Arrival to appointments 10 minutes late will result in rescheduling. Staff running more than 15 minutes late will gladly discount your service 15% for your inconvenience.
Sales are final on all prepaid items such as gift cards and series purchases. Refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted. Series services expire one year from date of purchase.
Due to state health code, skin care, makeup, brushes, combs and nail care product sales are FINAL. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. All other returns must be accompanied by receipt within 15 days of purchase for full refund.
We discount all regularly priced retail hair care products 20% when they are purchased at the time of any color or perm service.

Attention Parents
Children under 12 are no longer permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services. Children receiving services must remain well-behaved and quiet so as not to disrupt spa services being received by other clients in the salon.

Our services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any service performed at the salon, please contact Kelly by phone at 717-757-5668. She will do her best to satisfy you. In most cases, in salon evaluations are necessary in order to determine appropriate action. Chemical services will not be guaranteed unless salon products are used for home hair care.
